About the teachers:
Rabbi Mendel Senderovic
Rabbi Chaim Safren
 Rabbi Chaim Safren is the head of the Calgary Community Kollel. He grew up in Buffalo, N.Y. where, amongst other things, he prepared for the Canadian winters. After receiving a bachelor of science degree from MIT, he spent four years studying Torah in Israel. Returning to the states, he attended the prestigious Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, N.J. where he received his Rabbinic ordination. After more than two and a half rewarding decades in Jewish education, he became well known for his unique humanistic approach combining acuity with wit and humor. In September, .07, he came to Calgary to head the kollel. He lives in Haysboro with his wife, Peggy, and daughter, Adina.
Rabbi Pinchas Avruch
Rabbi Samuel Ross
 Rabbi Samuel Ross hails from London, England. After studying at numerous yeshivos, he graduated from the intensive Ner Le'Elef Rabbinical training program. Along with his wife Gila and son Dovid, he moved from Jerusalem to Germany to become a founding member of the Berlin Kollel. In Berlin, he was active in adult education and youth programming for youth from all over Europe. After a year and a half in Berlin, the Rosses came to Calgary. He serves as the youth director of the kollel. His programs include the highly popular JSU. One of its more successful projects is a lunchtime club at Wisewood High School, where attendances have reached in the 40's. You will surely be entertained by his youthful energy which is known to excite audiences.
Class Information:

Each semester is approximately 7 weeks long. 

Classes run from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Each session consists of two 55-minute classes with a break between them.

Yearly Tuition:
$150 for one year (three trimesters).
 $50 non-refundable registration fee
(Applied toward tuition when you pay remainder)
 Registrants are not committed to the entire 3-year program
when enrolling. Call for information on scholarships.

SPECIAL DOUBLE REGISTRANT RATE
 $240 for two attendees registering together.
 Any two people who register together are eligible for a 20% reduction. The two can be spouses or relatives…or just get a friend to join with you, and you both get the special rate of ONLY $120 each!
Make sure to indicate that you are applying for the special rate when registering and write in the name of the person who is co-registering. The second person must also send in a separate registration form.
